2026 Deposits
When you register, you must make a deposit to hold your spot at Camp La Vida. Deposits are accepted through April 30. Your spot is only guaranteed once your balance is PAID IN FULL and it has been processed.
Regular refund policy applies to full balance payments only. On May 1 and after, no deposits will be accepted and camp must be paid in full at the time of registration. On May 1, all balances are automatically charged.

Payment in full is due by May 1. On May 1, any balance due, is automatically charged to the card on file.
We are a cashless camp. Any funds to be spent at camp must be loaded onto the store card. The funds would be used for camp store, offering and canteen.
Background Checks
Mothers/guardians attending a mother/daughter camp session and all campers 18 years and older are required to complete a background check at least two weeks prior to their camp date. Instructions on how to complete the background check will be emailed with your camper packet. Mothers and campers 18 years and older cannot attend camp without a background check. You must do a background check every year.
Should an emergency arise that prevents you from accompanying your camper or group, the substitute camper/adult is required to complete a background screening. Contact Michelle Schultz by email if you have a substitute who needs a background check. Please do not wait until the last minute as we must have the background screening results back before anyone 18 years and older can attend camp.
Cancellations, Substitutions, & Refunds
Camp La Vida gives full refunds to full balance payments to those who provide a doctor’s excuse. Refunds requested after a background check has been processed will be less the $6.50 fee. Any refund given via credit card will be minus credit card processing fees. Substitutions are allowed up until 14 calendar days before a camp session’s start date. As space allows, campers may transfer to another session within the same calendar year. Contact Michelle Schultz by email if you need to substitute, transfer, or cancel a camper’s registration.
Confirmations & Camper Packets
Camper confirmations are sent automatically upon registration and packets will be emailed after full payment has been received and processed. The camper packet is smaller due to many forms being submitted online at the time of registration.
Cabinmate Request
Cabinmate request are limited. We try our best to honor these request, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to place campers as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
