Employment Information
Being on staff gives you an opportunity to share your heart for God and missions with children and students from all over SC and beyond! It allows you to spend your summer investing in the lives of campers as you lead them in Bible study, worship, camptivities, and more! It is hard work but very rewarding! The hours are long and demanding, yet you will leave the summer having seen God work in you and through you to make a difference in the lives of the girls you lead. Each day, staff members lead campers in numerous activities as well as supervise them in cabins. Staff must work closely with other staff members, possess a strong Christian work ethic, and be fully committed to Christ in their faith journeys...and along the way, they meet and talk with missionaries from around the world! Many former campers look back on their time at Camp La Vida as a pivotal moment of growth in their lives and relationships with Christ.
